Team List

• The Team List form is a physical list of players who will play in the specific match.
• Only players who are included in the participant list can appear on the Team List.
• For each match, you must submit a physical Team List to the match secretariat at your field.
• The Team List form can be downloaded digitally via Gothia Account, or by clicking here.

• The player's number on the lineup and on the shirt for the specific match must be the same.
• All players listed on the lineup are considered to have played the match.

• Random checks of the Team List form and participant list will be conducted during randomly selected matches. Teams must then line up for a team photo before the match begins.

• All team leaders (maximum of 6) and the team's Team Steward (Read more about Team Stewards here) must be listed on the Team List form. Only these individuals are allowed in the technical area. In areas where the technical area is not marked, it refers to an area 8 meters along the sideline where the team's substitutes must stay.

  
  

Note: The team's Team Steward should stand with the team's supporters on the opposite side from substitutes and team leaders, or at another location approved by the referee. The vest for the Team Steward will be provided when the lineup form is submitted to the match secretariat.
