How to cancel a team registration
If you need to cancel your team, please contact the tournament secretary at email@example.com.
- The registration fee is an administrative fee that’s non refundable.
- To get a refund for the accommodation cost/participation fee the participant must be cancelled before June 10th. For cancellation after June 10th a doctor’s certificate is required.
If you have booked hotel accommodation through Gothia Cup the cancellation policy for hotel reservations, that you can see on your booking confirmation as well, applies.
- Cancellation after May 10th will be charged 25% of the room fee.
- Cancellation after July 10th will be charged 100% of the room fee.
