Cancel a team
If you need to cancel one of your teams, or your entire registration, please contact the tournament secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Registration fee: this is an administrative fee that’s non-refundable.
- Accommodation fee/participation fee: Participants must be cancelled before June 10th for a refund. For cancellation after June 10th a doctor’s note is required.
If you have booked hotel accommodation through Gothia Cup the cancellation policy for hotel reservations, that you can see on your booking confirmation as well, applies.
- Cancellation after May 10 will be charged 25% of the room fee.
- Cancellation after July 10 will be charged 100% of the room fee.
