How to cancel a team registration
If you need to cancel your team, please contact the tournament secretary at email@example.com.
All teams can cancel their participation with a full refund of registration fee until 2021-05-10. The accommodation cost/participant fee can be fully refunded until 2021-06-10.
If Gothia Cup 2021 is cancelled, all registered teams will get a full refund of both the registration and accommodation cost/participation fees.
Cancellation policy for hotel bookings
If you have booked hotel accommodation through Gothia Cup the cancellation policy for hotel reservations, that you can see on your booking confirmation, applies. In order to cancel your hotel reservation please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
